If within 30 days of purchase you have second thoughts about a purchase made through www.zempire.co.nz you can return the item and exchange it for an item/items of equivalent value (subject to stock availability) or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding freight charges if any) via the original payment method. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and goods remain the property of the purchaser until received by Zempire Camping. For exchanged goods, Zempire Camping reserves the right to recover our full shipping costs for any new goods sent to a customer. Goods must be returned in original condition and in the original unopened packaging along with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.

What types of camping chairs to Zempire offer?
Anything from reclining chairs, to folding chairs. Chairs for the beach and events or chairs for either relaxing at a campsite or dining around a table.
You won't however find any chairs fit for hiking in our Zempire range.
What the the best Zempire chairs for lounging & reading?
Our Halo Lounger or Moonpod are designed for relaxing, reading, napping etc. Our Stargazer and Roco Lounger are also ideal options for lounging and reading.
What are the best Zempire chairs for eating meals from?
The Roco Low Rider and Roco Lite are the best of our range for campsite dining or playing games around a camping table.
Can my chair be left out in the rain?
A lot of our chairs have rust resistant frames, however we recommend keeping your camping furniture sheltered when possible to avoid unnecessary rain.
Do Zempire chairs come with a warranty?
Yes. All Zempire chairs come with a 2 year Zempire warranty.
