What are 'lumens'?
Lumens is a measurement which indicates the total amount of visible light emitted by a light source. Essentially, it tells you how "bright" a light source is: the higher the lumen, the brighter the light.
How do I know what light to get?
You need to know how large the space is you need to brighten. Zempire lights with higher lumens will be better at lighting large tent spaces and using outdoors. You also need to consider where the light will be placed in your tent, hanging or on a tabletop.
How do I make the most out of my Zempire light's battery life?
Most of our Zempire lights have multiple settings. If you keep your Zempire light on a low setting, the battery will last longer.
What are the benefits of a soft touch light diffuser?
Zempire Megadomes have a soft outer light diffuser which is pleasant to touch and protects against knocks (so you won't get a lump if you accidentally knock your head on it!). They also provide 360 light to maximise light output.
How do I charge my light?
Zempire Megadomes can be charged with it's USB-C charging cable (incl). Legacy lighting items may have a traditional USB charging cable, while Zempire also have smaller lights that are disposable battery operated (non-rechargeable).
Do Zempire lights come with a warranty?
Yes. All Zempire lights come with a 1 year Zempire warranty.
