FREE AUSTRALIA DELIVERY FOR ONLINE ORDERS OVER $100

Purchases made on zempire.com.au can be shipped only within Australia, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is free within Australia for all customers who create an online account and place an order over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 freight charge.  

DELIVERY

Delivery Services and Tracking

We use Mainfreight and Startrack for all deliveries, with the carrier selected based on your package's weight and size. Depending on the number of items ordered, deliveries may be split into multiple shipments. Please verify the contents of your delivery against the attached packing slip upon arrival.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By ordering goods from us, you grant Zempire Camping and our couriers the authority to leave (“ATL”) your order at the delivery address you provide, whether the premises are attended or not. We accept no liability for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses or if a parcel is removed by a third party following delivery.

Please Note: We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Remote Area Deliveries

Delivery to some remote or outer-lying areas may incur additional surcharges, and delivery times might be longer than usual.

For off-mainland postcodes locations, such as Wellesley Island, Thursday Island, Mornington Islands, Lindeman Island, the purchaser is required to pick up their order from the nearest carrier depot.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. For all deliveries, you will receive a Track and Trace reference via email upon dispatch.

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. Orders placed during peak season periods may experience additional delays. 

RETURN POLICY

ITEMS INCORRECTLY DISPATCHED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and one of our staff members will take you through the available options.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR ONLINE SALES (AFTER DISPATCH)

If within 30 days of purchase you have second thoughts about a product ordered through www.zempire.com.au, and the order has already been dispatched, you may return the item under the following conditions: 

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Goods remain the property of the purchaser until received by Zempire Camping Equipment.
  • Freight charges are non-refundable.
  • A $50 restocking fee will apply.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR ONLINE SALES (BEFORE DISPATCH)

  • If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund of both the product and freight charges.
  • A $50 restocking and processing fee will apply to cover administrative, labor, and transaction costs already incurred.

Return Exclusions

  • Please note that special orders, Final Run Items are not eligible for change of mind returns.
