Terms and conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Flow Imports Limited (NZBN 9429034152720), trading as Zempire Camping, of 307 Sandwich Road, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the Cleveland Caravan, Camping, Boating & 4x4 Expo at Redland Showgrounds, Cleveland, Queensland, during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees of the Promoter, the event organiser and any agencies directly involved in conducting the promotion, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Standard Expo admission costs may apply. No additional purchase from ZEMPIRE® is required to enter the promotion.
3. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 8:30am AEST on Friday, 18 September 2026, and closes at 4:00pm AEST on Sunday, 20 September 2026. (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
scan the promotional QR code displayed at the ZEMPIRE® stand;
complete all required personal-information fields;
answer all five required survey questions; and
submit the completed entry form as directed.
Limit one entry per person. Each entrant must enter using their own name, email address and contact details.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, illegible or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
5. Survey responses and winner contact
Survey responses are collected for research purposes. The content of an entrant’s answers will not affect their chance of winning, provided all required questions are completed.
By submitting an entry, the entrant authorises the Promoter to use the contact details provided to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact them if they are selected as the provisional winner.
These administrative communications are part of operating the promotion and are separate from marketing communications.
6. Optional marketing
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the promotion.
Entrants may separately choose to receive camping inspiration, product news, promotional offers and other marketing communications from ZEMPIRE® by selecting the optional marketing consent checkbox on the entry form.
Choosing not to receive marketing will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chance of winning.
Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each marketing email.
7. Game of chance
This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner, and each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
8. Prize draw
The prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter at Zempire Camping’s head office using an online random-selection tool.
The draw will take place no later than 5:00pm NZST on Friday, 25 September 2026, equivalent to 3:00pm AEST, being five business days after entries close.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize pack.
9. Prize
The prize pack includes:
- one Roadiebase Air Gazebo, valued at AUD $1,600 RRP;
- two Roadiebase Deluxe Wall L panels, valued at AUD $240 RRP each and AUD $480 RRP in total;
- one Roadiebase Deluxe Wall S panel, valued at AUD $200 RRP;
- one Roadiebase 4WD Link, valued at AUD $500 RRP;
- one Roadiebase Inner Tent, valued at AUD $370 RRP;
- one Roadiebase Footprint, valued at AUD $100 RRP;
- one Monstabed Twin Camp Mattress, valued at AUD $530 RRP;
- one Monstapump Air Mattress Pump, valued at AUD $75 RRP;
- two Xuno Lounger Camp Chairs, valued at AUD $320 RRP each and AUD $640 RRP in total;
- one Hexolite 60 Folding Camping Table, valued at AUD $190 RRP;
- one Stealth-Jet Wide Camp Stove, valued at AUD $220 RRP; and
- two Chill Pill Deluxe Camp Pillows, valued at AUD $65 RRP each and AUD $130 RRP in total.
The total prize is valued at AUD $5,035 RRP. All values are in Australian dollars and are correct as at 7 September 2026.
The 4WD shown in promotional imagery is not included. Any products or accessories not expressly listed above are also excluded.
Prize components are subject to availability. If a component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. Winner notification and announcement
The winner will be notified by email on Friday, 25 September 2026, using the contact details provided with their entry.
The Promoter may also contact the winner by telephone if a mobile number was provided.
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and monitoring their email, including their junk or spam folder.
The winner’s name may also be announced through the Expo organiser’s website, social media channels or other communications, at the Expo organiser’s discretion.
11. Claiming the prize
The winner must respond to the Promoter, confirm their eligibility and accept the prize by 5:00pm NZDT on Friday, 9 October 2026, equivalent to 2:00pm AEST.
If the winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond and accept the prize by the deadline;
- is found to be ineligible; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these terms,
- their entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be forfeited.
12. Unclaimed-prize draw
If the prize is not claimed by the deadline, an unclaimed-prize draw will be conducted at 10:00am NZDT on Monday, 12 October 2026, equivalent to 7:00am AEST.
The redraw will take place at the same location and use the same random-selection method as the original draw.
Any replacement winner will be contacted by email and, where available, telephone within two business days of the unclaimed-prize draw.
The replacement winner must respond and accept the prize within 14 days of being contacted. If the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter may repeat the redraw process, subject to applicable law.
13. Prize delivery
The prize will be dispatched free of charge to the winner’s nominated Australian delivery address within 10 business days after the winner’s eligibility, acceptance and delivery details have been confirmed.
Because the prize includes bulky items, the winner must provide a valid Australian street address that can receive freight deliveries. The Promoter will work with the winner to arrange a suitable delivery date and method.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
14. Verification and disqualification
The Promoter may verify an entrant’s identity, age, Australian residency and attendance at the Cleveland Expo.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, enters more than once or otherwise fails to comply with these terms.
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from entering the promotion or accepting, transporting or using the prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of law.
16. Privacy and personal information
The Promoter will collect entrants’ personal information to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, analyse survey responses, conduct the draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
By submitting an entry, entrants consent to the Promoter using their contact details for these purposes, including contacting them if they are selected as the provisional winner.
Personal information may be disclosed to service providers assisting with the promotion, prize draw and delivery, including providers located in New Zealand, and as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may contact the Promoter at marketing@zempire.co.nz regarding their personal information.
Personal information will only be used for marketing where the entrant has separately selected the optional marketing consent checkbox. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.
17. Records and acceptance
The Promoter will retain records relating to the promotion, including valid entries, draw records, winner communications and prize delivery, as required by applicable law.
Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
