In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we’ll take you through the available options.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If within 30 days of purchase from www.zempire.co.nz you have second thoughts, you can return the item and exchange it for an item/items of equivalent value (subject to stock availability) or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding freight charges) via the original payment method. Goods must be returned in original condition and in the original unopened packaging along with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
