Zempire launch new Monstabeds to revolutionise campsite sleeps

We are proud to introduce our latest innovation in our new sleeping range: Zempire Monstabeds. With new patented technology, the groundbreaking Monstabed range features Zempire’s best-selling product in the company’s history – the Monstamat - combined with a durable Aero-frame inflatable base to provide elevated sleeping with superior comfort. Our new Monstabeds provide an ideal solution to the age-old debate of choosing between a camping mat or a stretcher, as they’re lightweight and pack down as small as a mat, while providing elevated sleeping at a similar height to a stretcher (42 cm/16.5 inches). 

Our Monstabed range includes both Twin and Single sizes for couples or solo sleeping. They’re remarkably lightweight at just 4.95 kg (10.9 lb) for the Single and 8.4 kg (18.5 lb) for the Twin. The upper Monstamat layer features a 130 denier soft touch, ultra-stretch surface and its stable construction provides minimal partner disturbance. Campers can sleep soundly knowing their bed base is made from 150 denier TPU coated ripstop polyester, which creates an ultra stable base to prevent rolling into one another and enables campers to sit comfortably on the edge of the bed. The Monstabed rolls neatly into a compact carry bag as one combined unit, setting a new standard in convenience, comfort, and durability.

Alongside our new Monstabeds, Zempire have launched the ‘Monstapump’, purposely created to make both inflating and deflating the Monstabeds quick and easy. The compact Zempire Monstapump inflates a volume of 450 litres per minute and has a run time of 15 minutes to inflate multiple beds and other inflatable items. Its powerful deflation ensures Monstabeds pack down small and get campers on the road faster.

Knauf states that the Monstapump is the “perfect companion” for Monstabeds.

“We’ve produced several compact pumps in the past; however the Monstapump is the only one we have found powerful enough to extract the air from a Monstamat to dramatically improve pack-down size. It’s the perfect companion for our Monstabeds and will further enhance the camping experience.”

The final new product in Zempire’s sleeping range is the ‘Chill Pill DLX’ pillow, which is undoubtley the most comfortable and luxurious camping pillow we have ever created. The pillow features a 3D construction with internal memory foam and a 12 cm thickness for maximum comfort and neck support. Another perfect addition for Zempire fans who aim to sleep better while camping in the outdoors.
